Workshop "Molecular Gastronomy" The practical part brought the students to the chemistry-kitchen and we studied with the students where will the changing of the traditional cooking methods bring us, and is it even ethical. What will become of soup, when we use laborotory equipment to make food. How to make "wrong" caviar, spaghetti from juice etc. Required ingredients: agar-agar, smoothies, juice, oil. We used the school's chemistry class. We admit, that it took a long time for the three teachers to look at the kitchen chemistry videos and to study how to do it ourselves.
